NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of North Las Vegas will conduct a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on the 5th day of June at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Boulevard North, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 concerning the following items:

VAC-02-2024, for Applicant: KW Fund VII – North Belt Road, LP, to Vacate an Existing 30 Foot Wide Public Utility Easem*nt Located on the South Side of E. North Belt Road Approximately 2,600 Feet East of E. Tropical Parkway (APN 12328511002). (Ward 1Barron) (For Possible Action; Recommendation – Approve)

The public is invited and encouraged to attend and submit written and oral comments. For anyone interested in providing public comment on agenda items who will not attend the meeting in-person, please refer to the June 5, 2024, City Council Meeting Agenda located on the City's website at: https://cityofnorthlasvegas.primegov.com/public/portal.
