Göran Andersson, Project Manager, Gothenburg

Göran has a broad and diversified career, primarily in IT, and has spent the last two decades in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has taken on different roles such as SAP Basis Consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner at Volvo Cars. At Pearl, he will be working in Project Management.

Göran chose Pearl due to his belief in the exciting journey it offers! He is looking very much forward to embark on his first projects and expand his network, both with new colleagues and customers. Since he worked with numerous individuals in Sweden during his SAP career, and many of them are now employed at Pearl, he thinks its an excellent workplace for this reason as well.

Recently, he and his girlfriend bought a cozy summer house on the countryside. He's looking forward to spending the next ten years renovating and keeping it in tip-top shape. Göran also enjoys taking relaxed walks in nature, hoping to find some blueberries or mushrooms along he way!

Nicole Wu Näsvall, Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Stockholm

Nicole is excited to begin her journey at Pearl as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. With a background in HR, she has gained experience in both in-house and agency environment, which has shaped her skills in operations, global mobility, and client management. She looks forward to bringing her expertise and enhancing clients' HR systems with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. So do we!

Why Pearl, one might wonder? Her passion for technology and consulting led her here. The company's outstanding reputation as an SAP partner aligns perfectly with her career aspirations and personal interests. She looks forward to integrating her experiences into this new role and making a meaningful impact on customers’ success.

Outside of work, you'll often find Nicole in the company of her four-year-old son, who is the boss of their playtime adventures. You might also spot her on the tennis court or eagerly anticipating joining the paddle team at the Sweden office. She's heard wonderful things about the team and is excited to share fun moments both on and off the court.

Juuso Walldén, SAP Senior Consultant, Helsinki

Introducing Juuso Walldén, our new SAP Senior Consultant based in Finland. With over 15 years of experience in SAP Financials across various sectors, Juuso brings a wealth of expertise to our team at Pearl Finland. Known for his problem-solving mindset and dedication to continuous improvement, Juuso was drawn to Pearl by its positive atmosphere and welcoming culture.

Outside of work, Juuso is a DIY enthusiast who enjoys tinkering with projects around his house and car. He also stays active by hitting the gym and indulging in his passion for outdoor cooking as a griller. We're excited to welcome Juuso to Pearl and look forward to his contributions of SAP solutions at Pearl Finland.

Jarmo Roine, SAP Principal Consultant, Tampere

Meet Jarmo, one of our newest colleague of Pearl! With over two decades in IT and specializing in SAP since 2006, Jarmo brings tons of experience and enthusiasm for finding innovative solutions. At Valmet, he was a Team Lead and was responsible for SAP systems, development maintenance and change management. With all this experience, he is now ready to take on the Technical Solution Architecture/Business Advisor role.

Here at Pearl, Jarmo's all about finding the best solutions for the customers. While he's skilled in coding, his focus is on delivering strategic approaches that get results. With a great sense for navigating the ever-changing tech landscape, Jarmo's ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

Why Pearl? For Jarmo, it's all about the people and the opportunity to take his career to new levels. Beyond the office, you'll find him pedaling through bike trails, playing his guitar, or reading a good book. Last but not least, he loves to spend time with his family.

Pär Nilsson, SAP Consultant, Malmö

Introducing Pär, our latest addition to the Pearl team as a SAP Consultant. With broad experience as a SAP Delivery Lead, Business Transformation Lead, and Management Consultant, Pär brings a wealth of expertise to his new role as a Project Manager at Pearl. We are looking forward to working with you!

His decision to join Pearl was influenced by the positive impressions he gained during his previous assignments, where he was collaborating with several consultants from Pearl. He is excited to meet both existing and new colleagues at our upcoming summer party in Stockholm!

Outside of the office, Pär is a passionate MTB rider, enjoying both XCO and XCC. There are many trips during the year to Denmark where he participates in competitions, both individually and in team.

Janne Pedersen, Senior Consultant, Oslo

Meet Janne, our new Senior Consultant in Oslo who is excited to take her career to the next level with Pearl! Janne brings experience in SAP, having worked with accounts payable, vendors, masterdata for vendors and customers, Workflow, FI, PO, GR/IR, Remittence, banking… We can say that her list of expertise is broad, which will be very valuable to our team at Pearl.

Janne chose Pearl because of her passion for working with SAP Systems and the development opportunities Pearl offers to its employees. She is very grateful for this opportunity and is excited for the future at Pearl.

Outside of work, Janne has been singing in a choir since 2010 that covers genres including classical, pop, rock, musicals, country, and Christmas songs. She has a musical ear and has even participated in musicals such as Cats, The Addams Family, and The Rock Musical Cinde Rockin Rella! She also enjoys traveling and is considering taking up bicycling.
